Dmitry Kondratyev was an expert at the “People. Science. Russia” session.  

Director of the new Russian IT University participated in the discussion devoted to the development of a National Technological Initiative that is to ensure comprehensive understanding of the goals of innovative development, and suggest a systematic approach towards their achievement. The discussion covered a number of principles that shall provide a basis for the development of professional potential in science and research. It was pointed out that the primary aim of scientific organizations is to develop human capital capable of carrying out scientific projects, managing research and technology transfer.

“People. Science. Russia” session was organized by the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations of the Russian Federation (FASO), Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, and Skolkovo Innovation Center. Igor Nosov, General Director of Innopolis Special Economic Zone, Mikhail Kotyukov, Head of the FASO, and Denis Sekirinsky, Head of the Department for priorities in the development of science and technology at the Presidential Executive Office for scientific and educational policy of the Russian Federation were among participants of the discussion.
