Interestingly enough, it is the first time when the results of a unique research devoted to the main topic of the conference will be made public. The research was based on a survey of more than nine thousand respondents representing modern domestic high-tech industry.

"The Forum is focused on the mobility management of human resources in IT, our university is a perfect example of personnel mobility. The university faculty members and students have study and work experience in different countries of the world. Maxim Gashkov, Business Development Manager of Innopolis University noticed: "Master's degree programs of Innopolis University are rather a continuation of a professional career than just studies because during the training students work on real projects of real companies".

He also noticed that one of the reasons why Innopolis University takes part in the Forum is to show HR Directors of IT companies how the industry will look like in the near future, what kind of experts will be in-demand and what competences will be required.

"This idea lays the foundation for the development of Master's degree programs of Innopolis University. We train experts for future markets so that Russian companies could compete with leaders of the foreign IT industry on equal terms," - said Maxim.
