On November 24—25, Innopolis University will host an applied research conference of the University of Talents where the experts will discuss approaches to human capital management and opportunities of the Russian regions. 

The conference will gather scholars, experts and representatives of institutions working with talented young people, Master’s degree and PhD students of leading universities. Participants will talk about research approaches, criteria and methods of evaluation of capabilities and talents, corporate systems of talent management used by institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, efforts of teachers and mentors who guide talented young people.  

The conference materials will be published in the science and research journal Vestnik Universiteta Talantov (Reporter of the University of Talents) included in the Russian Science Citation Index. Participants can submit their papers for publication in the conference materials.
