The parties have agreed on exchanging experience in innovation projects, scientific development, creation and development of high-technology centres, management technology parks, creation and development of business incubators, accelerators and co-working initiatives. 

The document covers issues of joint promotion of products and developments on internal and external markets, exchange of experience on mechanisms of creating favourable environment for stimulation of innovative activities. The parties are eager to cooperate in development of financial tools to support residents of the centre and students of Innopolis University by attracting venture funds, funding, and business angels.

The Memorandum was signed by Kirill Semenikhin, Director of Innopolis University, and Khurshid Sultanov, Director of Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Centre, during the official visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communication Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Tatarstan.
