Participants of the hackathon develop IT solutions for development of mentorship in business environment, entrepreneurship and education. Deadline for applications is February 8.

Participants of the hackathon will develop services helping young experts to select a mentor according to CV or a startup based on its description, systems for searching programmers according to coding type, assisting programs that help leaders to put together a team for a specific project, suggest an individual career path for an employee or make agenda of the work meeting.

According to the hackathon rules, solutions shall be ready within 48 hours including two check points when the participants demonstrate prototypes to experts and receive feedback. The teams that will successfully present projects during both check points, deliver projects to the jury and compete for the top prize in the amount of 1,000,000.00 Rub., awards from partners and investments in private projects.

Young people older than 16 years having experience in development and creation of products, data analysis or HR. MentorHack will be held on February 13—15 as part of the Russian Forum “Nastavnik – 2018”.
