Mr. Sverre Rustad, Counsellor for Education, Science and Technology of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in the Russian Federation, was also inspired by his visit to the IT-University: “Innopolis University is now in the process of development. What you plan to do here seems very interesting. I am especially impressed by close relationship of the University with industrial companies and students' opportunity to work on real problems and issues during their studies which is not a common practice implemented in academia”.

In addition, the University welcomed representatives of Numa, a famous French startup accelerator: Yannick Tranchier, a Founding Partner at NUMA Moscow, his Deputy Gregoire Chesnot, and Etienne Gaudin - Corporate Innovation Director at Bouygues. During their tour, the guests had an up-close look at Innopolis University and showed interest in the University’s research potential that can be used to implement joint projects.
